Are you ready to start looking and feeling a hell of a lot better?

You’re hunched over a keyboard by day, working a job you love … but crying into your merlot at night, realizing yet another day has passed where your workout pants didn’t see the inside of a gym. (Ugh. Just pass the chips and queso and iPhone and call it a day, please.)





One that spells out meal planning, so you can quit worrying about what you’re cooking tonight and run your business -- or just kick back in front of the game that’s on.

(Oh, and one that approves cheating: sure, you like veggies … but you also like wine. And beer.)



Well, I’m glad you asked: My theory is simple: micro-changes, macro-results. This isn’t a diet or a one-week workout program, and I’m not going to try to train you to run a half-marathon with your spouse in three weeks. It’s about taking small steps to see big results in creating a lifestyle that you can stick to.

It’s about living a full life, feeling good, and making conscious decisions about how you’re fueling and moving your body, so you can serve your friends and family (and clients!) with your very best.

We have fun, we don’t take ourselves too seriously, aaaaand we allow that cheat beer or 11 p.m. ice cream run to be programmed in.
