I’m not extra-ordinary. Nope, in fact, I was just like you a few years ago: I was overweight, unhappy, and struggling to find something that made me look and more importantly FEEL good. I didn’t know anything about fitness besides high school sports and watching a ton of ESPN my whole life. If I can make the changes, so can you. I’m just a regular dude from Wisconsin who has grown passionate about working out and fueling my body with real food (not the processed crap that always look SO good at the grocery store and even tastes good for a hot sec).
I want to help you transform. I want to inspire you to take tiny steps that will turn into giant leaps towards a new you. I don’t want you to starve yourself, cut out red meat and beer, or run every day. I want you to start to understand and feel how your body works through simple at-home workouts and food planning.
When you look good, you feel good … and who doesn’t want to look hotter for their better half?! You’re just a much happier person to be around, and the world really does need more of those right now -- as do your family, your buddies, and your community.
Most days you can find me running the trails of Wisconsin, hitting our small town local gym, hanging out with my babe of a wife and our two furry (and naughty) rescue pups, watching Dancing With the Stars until we fall asleep on the couch.
Maybe you’ve got zero strategy to meal plan anything besides chips and salsa, or have tried all the diets. Maybe you signed up for a gym and never once stepped foot in it, OR you’re grinding behind a desk all day and going to the gym isn’t going to happen unless it’s at like, 5 a.m.
I get it, you’re busy, overworked, maybe underpaid, and working out might be hard for you to do. Don’t worry; I’ve got you covered. Thinking about finding your “inner-athlete” or eating clean might sound intimidating, exhausting, and hell, it might just seem flat out impossible.
