Next, we set up follow-up appointments and check-ins, so you don’t have to worry about anything but the very next step I give you to do. Research shows that simple accountability is all it takes to implement lifestyle changes. We’ll talk through developments, dissect your food journal, and move forward little by little with confidence (and rockin’ body, because let’s be honest, progress WILL come.)
